Pet Policy
At Chuck Rich Properties, we welcome your well-behaved pets at many of our locations! Cats and dogs are welcome at the following complexes: The Exchange at Boones Creek, Matson Village, Ravenwood, Princeton Place, Blakemore Court, and Gray Station Villa. Cats are welcome at Fieldcrest. Each apartment may house up to 2 pets. Pet allowances at our houses vary. Boones Creek Villa does not allow pets. Our pet policy is outlined below.
Dogs:
- Must be at least 1 year old
- Must be <20 pounds
- The following breeds are not allowed: Bull Terriers (American Pit Bull Terrier, Stafford Shire Terrier, and Stafford Shire Bull Terrier), Rotweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and Shar Peis
- All dogs must be kept on a leash while outside. You must pick up all pet feces
Cats:
- Must be spayed/neutered
Other animals (reptiles, rodents, etc.):
- May be approved at discretion of Chuck Rich Properties management.
Fees:
- Pet fee: $250 for first pet, $100 for second pet
- Pet rent: $25/mo. for each pet
- If an unauthorized pet is found in the apartment, a pet fee of $300 will be assessed plus $50 per month
- If there is evidence of an unauthorized pet in an apartment at move-out, a pet fee of $500 will be assessed
Documentation:
- Adding a pet to your rental home will require completion of a Pet Lease
- All pets within Johnson City, TN city limits are required to wear a pet license tag when outside.
Qualified service animals are always welcome and may be allowed an exception to our standard pet policy. Please see our service animal policy for more information.
