You must complete one application for each adult tenant or co-signer. Married couples may complete a single combined application.
Along with your application, please also submit a copy of each applicant’s valid government-issued ID and 3-months worth of proof of income. Proof of income via pay stubs is preferred. For a list of other ways to provide proof of income, see our frequently asked questions.
Application fees are $30 per applicant.
- One adult = $30 + 1 application
- Two married adults = $60 + 2 application
- One adult tenant plus one co-signer = $60 + 2 applications
- Two adult tenants = $60 + 2 applications
Submitting your application:
When you are ready to apply, submit your completed application and application fee along with ID and proof of income to Chuck Rich Properties via fax, e-mail, mail, or in person (info listed below). Personal information submitted to Chuck Rich Properties is subject to our privacy policy.
