Our corporate apartment units are centrally located in Gray, Tennessee at The Exchange at Boones Creek. This location is an easy commute from Johnson City Medical Center (7.2 miles), Eastern Tennessee State University (7.2 miles), Quillen College of Medicine (7.2 miles), and Eastman Chemical Company (15.8 miles). The complex is also close to I-26 and I-81 as well as local shopping and dining.
These units are 2 Bed/1.5 Bath pet-free and smoke-free apartments that may be rented furnished or unfurnished. Each furnished unit includes the amenities listed below:
