Our Area
We’re proud to call the Tri-Cities region of eastern Tennessee home and we want to share our community with you. We offer rental properties in convenient areas of both Gray and Johnson City, Tennessee. In our area you will find wonderful people, excellent schools and libraries, beautiful mountain scenery, and plenty of well-maintained recreational areas. Johnson City’s thriving downtown is home to the Johnson City Doughboys and Hands On! Regional Museum as well as many local shops and restaurants. Our area is also just a short drive from other activities including skiing and snow-boarding in North Carolina, the Barter Theater in Abingdon, Virginia.
