Below is our application form that you may print. We require a completed application for each adult tenant in an apartment/house and co-signer, as applicable. Married couples may submit one joint application. We will also need to get copies of each applicant’s driver’s license (with photo) or other government issued form of photo identification. The application may be mailed, faxed, emailed or brought into our office (see Contact Us page for information). Each application requires a $30 application fee ($15 for co-signers, $45 for husband/wife joint application). We will process the applications when all applications and application fees for the apartment/house are received. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Application fees are non-refundable. |
